I’m glad that after all these years of dreaming about cooking school, Ferrandi is where I ended up. Today is just the start and I have a really good feeling about it. I was surrounded by people from all around the world and from all different walks of life. The Chefs all had such a warm and friendly way about them, which made me forget about how impressive their resumes are. The most exciting part of today was trying on uniforms at the Bragard store and seeing my name on my very own chef’s coat! Can’t wait to wear it tomorrow.
