Parmigiano Tour

I filmed this on a tour with Italian Days earlier this year. After the tour, I bought two huge blocks of Parmigiano Reggiano and used them in everything that I cooked for the next 3 months. I learned that a simple and delicious meal can be made of just pasta and quality Parmigiano Reggiano.
